That’s my favorite part of reading.

Very very yummy protein shake!
(I don’t have exact measurements so bear with me)
1 cup almond milk
2 handfuls frozen blueberries
1 handful fresh spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
Blend until smooth. Near the end I used the frappe button to make it super frothy and rich. Absolutely delicious!!
